The Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art offers an in-depth look at Kansas art and brings art and artists from around the world to the heart of Kansas. The museum’s collection continues to focus on the art of Kansas and the region. The regional art in our collections — as well as art generally — provides a rich terrain for discussion across disciplines. We present encounters with art as opportunities for exploring human experience. October 2016 marks the 20th Anniversary of the Beach Museum of Art and newly installed permanent collection galleries.
