DESCRIPTION:This trip will focus on the Tri State Mining District\, the Sou
 theast Kansas Coal Mining Area\, and the Silver City Dome Mining Area.  We
  will be collecting specimens from the Pennsylvanian and Mississippian age
  rocks of the Cherokee Lowlands and Osage Cuestas.\n\nRegistration is $10 
 per person.  Every family member who attends the trip must register includ
 ing ages 0-150.  This field trip is scheduled for June 12 - 15\, 2026.  Re
 gistration deadline May 15\, 2026 - No late registrations.
