Citizenship in Action will be held in Topeka on February 15–16, 2026, for youth ages 13—18 as of January 1 of the current year. This is a two-day event, sponsored by the State 4-H Youth Leadership Council. The purpose of the event helps Kansas youth learn about the state legislative process and how their voice can impact their communities.
