#KStateSSLGraduate school offers opportunities for growth, but it also requires navigating uncertainty, challenges, and change. This interactive workshop explores resilience as an important part of developing capacity to lead and thriving in graduate school and beyond and empowers participants to handle challenging situations by introducing them to resilience competencies.
Participants will reflect on the connections among leadership, well-being, and belonging; explore key components of resilience; and identify practical ways to strengthen resilience in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
With special Guest: Sally Linton, First Lady, Kansas State University
