Canning 101 - Pressure Cooking Meats
Have you always wanted to try canning but just don’t know where to start? Then this is a series you won’t want to miss! Join us in a four-part canning experience. We will explore both methods of canning throughout January and February. We will cover the basics of water bath and pressure canning and make several different items! Join us for one or all! Class will be held every other week in the evening throughout January and February at Pottorf Hall. Each session will be $25 and will include all your materials and a few canned items to take home! Registration is limited so sign up soon! This week will be over pressure canning meat!
Youth 14 and younger will need a parent to help them during class. (If parent is just helping, they are free. If they are wanting to participate, they will need to register separately.
