Industry leading speakers, economic outlook and other timely topics are part of this annual program.  Industry partners are present to share their efforts to help beef producers be more efficient.  Research posters from ASI and Vet school projects will also be present. The overall objective is to keep beef producers up to date on current research at KSU and other industry issues. Anyone with an interest in the beef industry is invited.
