We discuss results from RC-Graphs and Schubert Polynomials by Sara Billey and Nantel Bergeron. First, we will define Schubert polynomials and RC graphs which are now called Pipe Dreams. We will show the process of computing a Schubert polynomial S_w by finding all the Pipe Dreams associated to w. We will show that all the Pipe Dreams associated to w are related via operations on Pipe Dreams called chute and ladder moves.
