Community Safety Talks - Stress Management - Kansas State University Events

The Community Safety Talks series aims to promote a safe environment for everyone. This session will explore practical strategies for managing stress and prioritizing self-care, inviting participants into a thoughtful and interactive discussion with a licensed professional counselor.

This event is open to anyone, including students, staff and faculty at K-State and members of the surrounding community. Professional development credit will be offered to all faculty and staff who attend the event.
