What's Your Why? The Importance of Holding to Purpose

When leadership requires us to work on challenges for the long haul, we must hold to purpose to stay the course. This session will help us explore purpose as a guide for how to stay engaged with the work ahead when it sometimes feels like it might be easier to just move on. We will also consider what purpose means to us individually as a means for making progress on our greatest challenges.
