• What: Type 2 diabetes nutrition can be tricky to navigate.  Diabetes Nutrition Basics is a 1-hour introductory program covering the basics of diabetic termonology, managing blood sugar with food choices, along with other topics, and includes a healthy food demonstration.  Program can be taken alone, or as an introduction to Dining With Diabetes.
