Every year, the Distinguished Young Alumni program recognizes two Kansas State University graduates who are excelling in their professions and contributing to their communities.

The 2023 recipients, John Grice ’12 and Kelsie Ball Salazar ’11, will be on campus March 6-8 and will present keynote speeches Tuesday, March 7. Salazar will speak at 3:30 p.m., followed by Grice at 4:30 p.m.

Grice is the annual giving manager for the Barack Obama Foundation. Salazar is a registered nurse care coordinator – education for the University of Kansas Medical Center. Learn more about this year's recipients.
