Eat Smart and Move More is a series of eight hands-on classes offered through online video meetings or by phone. Topics include Smart Shopping, Simple Solutions for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, Eating Smart when Eating Out, Food Safety and Moving More throughout the Day.  

Once you have completed the program, you will receive kitchen utensils, an EFNEP Cookbook and a signed graduation certificate to show off to your family, friends, and even potential employers!
