While this conference used to be only for association leadership, it is now open to all Extension professionals. The Joint Council of Extension Professionals represents the collective voice of over 10,000 professionals connecting Extension from the ground up.  The structure of the conference provides the framework to: 1) network across disciplines; 2) expand professional development opportunities beyond our individual disciplines; 3)  offer opportunities for next level national leadership for association leaders, and  4)  assure that Extension professionals have an active role in creating and ensuring the future of the Extension System.
