Facilitator Training: Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a method of asking questions which focus on our strengths and employ these to envision and plan a preferred future. It enables groups to facilitate positive change in their organization and community. This training is being offered by the Institute for Civic Discourse and Democracy to K-State Research and Extension specialists working in the Culture of Health program. However, registration is open to others interested in employing AI as a facilitation technique in other contexts. A fee of $25 per participant will be charged.
