The Office of Research Development (ORD) invites all to attend a poster session in which the 2022 Global Food Systems (GFS) Seed Grant awardees will present results of their two-year research project.   The poster session will extend from 10:00AM until 2:30PM on September 11th in the Hale Library, Room 181.  If you plan to attend the Kansas Water Institute's Water Wednesday (WW) event from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, the poster session will be highlighted during that event.  If not, drop by before or after the WW event.  

The GFS initiative at K-State builds on our strengths and aligns with our land-grant mission to address the challenge of sustainably feeding a world population that is expected to grow by 20% by 2050. Given the importance of the food system to the Kansas economy, the state of Kansas has provided K-State with funding for these GFS-related research, workforce development, industry partnership, and innovation activities.
