Kansas 4-H, the Kansas Quarter Horse Association, and EquiFest of Kansas are partnering to host the 2026 Kansas State 4-H Horse Judging Contest on January 23 during EquiFest in Topeka.
Two contests will be offered: an open contest and a 4-H contest. Kansas 4-H members ages 9–18 may enter the 4-H contest and may also participate in the open contest. Youth of any age may enter the open contest.
The 4-H contest fee is $25; the open contest fee is $15.00. Early-bird registration closes January 2, with late registration available until January 9. NO day-of registrations will be accepted. For more information or to participate, please contact your local 4-H office.
