DESCRIPTION:Kansas 4-H will offer a youth preparedness and educational outr
 each program known as MyPI (My Preparedness Initiative) Kansas. MyPI Kansa
 s is a component of the National Youth Preparedness Initiative\, a partner
 ship of several states delivering an innovative and engaging curriculum fo
 r teenagers.\n\nWe are currently seeking interested agents or volunteers (
 4-H or community) to attend a three-day training on May 6-8th\, 2020 at th
 e Sedgwick County Extension office.  Facilitators from MyPI National will 
 train Kansas participants to deliver the MyPI program in their community.\
 n\nMyPI is an engaged and recognized component of a nationally supported\,
  progressive approach to preparing youth for emergencies and disasters. Th
 e MyPI National is also recognized as an Affirmer of the national strategy
 .\n\nWe will be holding an informational Zoom meeting for counties interes
 ted in the MyPI program on January 6th at 1:30 pm.  Please contact Anissa
