The National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals will host its annual conference in Houston, TX in 2024. The conference provides an opportunity to attend several professional development sessions covering a variety of topics, including (from previous years): tourism, rural grocery support, community assessment, program evaluation, land use, market access, business development, entrepreneurship, grant writing, rural and urban issues, leadership, research, and other community/economic development topics. There are also mobile workshops to see local programs in action, and opportunities throughout the conference to network with other Extension professional from around the United States - a great chance to collaborate and learn!
