Extension agents represent the "front door" of KSRE in local communities across Kansas. Investing n their success is critical to achieving the mission of Extension. Programming with a Purpose is one of the series of new agent professional development sessions.

Participants will:

• Understand the multiple dimensions of the program development process.
• Understand the importance of identifying the intended audience and planning teaching strategies to reach them.
• Understand the importance of communicating program impact. 
• Develop a local program action plan.
