Noontime Yoga is for all levels and abilities and is free to attend. This volunteer-based program provides an outlet for students, staff, faculty, and community members to practice yoga together in a friendly, non-competitive environment.

The group will meet throughout the spring semester from 12:05-12:50 p.m. Tuesday through Friday in 301 Ahearn Field House. There are a few exceptions, so be sure to view the schedule.

All are welcome and there are no requirements to attend - we even have mats you can borrow if you don’t have one or forgot yours. Show up when you can, even if you have to be a little late or need to leave a little early. To get to the studio, simply enter Ahearn Field House from College Heights Road using the entrance with the word "Gymnasium" over the doors. There is a stairwell immediately to your left; take the stairs all the way up to the third floor. We’ll be in the studio on your left.

To stay up-to-date about schedules, cancellations, and upcoming events, join the K-State Noontime Yoga Facebook Group and/or sign up for the Noontime Yoga ListServ. We will continue to follow K-State COVID-19 guidelines regarding face masks and social distancing.

Noontime Yoga is sponsored by Nonviolence Studies and Programs and UFM Community Learning Center.
