DESCRIPTION:Graduate students who are pursuing full-time research-based mas
 ter's and doctoral degrees in science\, technology\, engineering\, and mat
 hematics (STEM) fields\, including STEM education\, are invited to attend 
 an information session for the National Science Foundation's Graduate Rese
 arch Fellowship program.\n\nThe session will provide an overview of the sc
 holarship\, eligibility criteria\, the application and endorsement process
 \, and strategies for preparing a competitive candidacy. Attendees will al
 so learn how to begin positioning themselves early and will have the oppor
 tunity to ask questions about timelines and campus support. NSF GRFP was e
 stablished to recruit and support individuals who demonstrate the potentia
 l to make significant contributions in STEM.
