A nationally recognized food safety employee training program that teaches:

  • Personal Hygiene
  • Food Temperature Management
  • Receiving and Storing Food Safely
  • Preparing and Serving Safe Food
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
  • Job Specific Guidelines

This class had been approved for 3 clock hours credit with the Kansas Department of Education for Day Care Providers. Each individual must complete the test on their own after course and only when they pass (with a 75% or more) will they receive the certificate.
