During this workshop, participants will:

2. Learn strategies to practice mindfulness in daily life.
3. Identify opportunities to improve focus, resilience, and inner dialogue.
Jon’s Performance Mindset program has a proven track record of enhancing performance, resilience, and engagement by addressing life experience.
Jon McGraw, co-founder of Vision Pursue, K-State alumnus and former NFL player, will share how you can incorporate mindfulness and developing a performance mindset when working with students and into your day-to-day lives. Jon has worked with countless athletes and professionals and is excited to connect with faculty to explore how mindset can help improve performance and well-being (especially in this busy season of campus life!).
