Pie Baking 101
Learn the time-honored skills of pie baking and show them off at the holidays this year! We'll cover the basics of making, rolling and handling pie dough in this hands-on workshop. All students will make and take home an apple pie to bake. Please bring to class a 9-inch pie plate, a rolling pin, apron, and container to transport your unbaked pie.
