Please let me know if you will be attending.  If there are not enough responses we will cancel the meeting due to the holiday weekend.

We need to discuss donations, fundraising, and grabbag prizes.  Items we need donated are paper towels and Clorox type wipes.

I will have the barn watch schedule ready for people to sign up. Remember it is a total of 4 hours. The schedule is set up in 2 hour blocks. We need grabbag prizes for the Barn Watch Bingo game.

We will cover doing the fair entries which will open June 1, showing your birds, preparing them for show, and what is expected of the project member during the 6 days at the fair. We will do set up Sunday before fair and take down on the Sunday after the fair. You will bring your birds in Tuesday of the fair and they will be released Sunday when we tear down.
