This session will strengthen your understanding of youth develeopment research. Plus how to effectively plan and deliver youth develeopment programs. State and Regional 4-H Youth development specialists are lead presenters for this session. 

Participants will:

• Understand the current research of positive youth development and the role 4-H Youth Development plays
• Understand how to incorporate the key principles of positive youth development into programming efforts
• Understand how implementing a volunteer development system will help increase programming efforts and impacts
