This presentation is being offered to Kansas 4-H Volunteers, educators, as well as other local community partners.  To help equip you, our dedicated volunteers, to re-engage, Dr. James Conway, a motivational speaker from the Search Institute, will share on the importance of youth and adult relationships.  Participants will learn the fundamentals of Development Relationships, develop a shared language, and identify key actions to nurture relationships with young people.
