Free EventCome relax and unwind with your favorite P.A.W.S.! This event will feature music, sweet treats, mindfulness and meditation techniques, and a variety of stress relieving activities. In order to educate students more about stress, a PowerPoint will be on repeat in the background with techniques to help them deal with their stress. Also there will be free baked goods!
