Science Fest with K-State

Engage in hands-on science activities and learn about biology, horticulture, engineering, animal science, food science, technology, health and other STEM-related fields.

  • Investigate food science and food waste.
  • Generate your own electrical energy.
  • Solve plant-based mysteries.
  • Explore 4-H STEM projects. 

Free K-State Call Hall ice cream!

This is a free event. Families of all ages are welcome, but activities are aimed toward students from 4th grade to 8th grade.

 

This event is part of NEA Big Read: Wichita and connects with the 2019 selection, "Lab Girl" by Hope Jahren.

NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.
