Seniors Eating Well
Seniors Eating Well is an interactive class for low-income, older adults to improve decision-making skills and personal nutrition and physical activity practices that will improve health and well-being. This program consists of 4 or more lessons that last 45-60 minutes each and include exercises and low-cost recipes and taste tests.
