Seniors Eating Well
Seniors Eating Well is an interactive class for low-income, older adults to improve decision-making skills and personal nutrition and physical activity practices that will improve health and well-being. This program will consist of 6 sessions that last 30 minutes each and include exercises and low-cost recipes and taste tests.
