Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an evidence-based exercise program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Instructor Becky Reid provides guidance for using hand weights and adjustable ankle weights during the class that features  warm up, stretching, lower and upper body exercises, and cool down with more stretching. Cost: $20 Level 1 is offered 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.; Level 2 is offered 10-11 a.m. The class series is scheduled for 17 sessions meeting on MWF.
