Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 1
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an 16-session exercise program for adults over age 60 that meets approximately twice a week (Monday and Wednesdays) January 3- March 2, 2022 at 9:30 am for a 1-hour class. Keep your body and mind functioning at their best. Regular participation in strength exercise can help you build muscle and increase bone density. The goal is to improve your health and quality of life.
