The Kansas State University community is invited to a retirement reception honoring Sue Peterson, chief government relations officer, for her 34 years of service to the faculty, staff and students of K-State. The reception will be from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16 in Hale Library, room 181. Remarks will begin at 12:15 p.m.

Peterson joined the university in 1989 and had direct responsibility for all university liaison activities with the state and federal legislature. She also served as an instructor in the political science department since 1992.
