Title of Talk: Quasi-flag manifolds and moment graphs

Abstract of Lecture: The equivariant rational cohomology of flag manifolds is closely related to the algebra of quasi-invariants and quasi-covariants, which are generalizations of invariant polynomials for finite reflection groups. In this lecture, we will explain how to obtain a mod-p cohomological decomposition (including the case p=0) of a flag manifold along its moment graph, and how this framework can be generalized to construct spaces whose even-degree G- and T-equivariant rational cohomology coincide precisely with the algebras of quasi-invariants and quasi-covariants
