 usch was born and raised in Olathe\, Kansas and attended Kansas State from 
 2011 - 2014\, receiving a BS in Mathematics\, a minor in Business\, and a C
 ertificate in Integrated Investment Management. He served as a Chapter Deve
 lopment Consultant for Beta Theta Pi from May 2014 - December 2016\, Senior
  Consultant for Pennington & Company from January 2017 - June 2021 and has 
 served as the Associate Director for Business Operations for Beta Theta Pi 
 since June 2021.
