Understanding and Leveraging Your Strengths
Identifying, understanding, and leveraging your dominant talents, or strengths, can help reach your personal, student organization, and academic goals. Learn how to take what you're naturally good at and maximize your potential!
In this workshop, we will take a look at the CliftonStrengths program and participate in activities to help you learn how to leverage your strengths individually and in groups. Topics will include:
- Identifying and understanding your strengths
- Leveraging your strengths to make progress on issues you care deeply about
- Making your strengths actionable
- Resources available through K-State's Strengths initiative
This session will be facilitated by Mike Finnegan, Assistant Professor in the Staley School of Leadership Studies
