Visual Thinking Strategies-informed discussion and film screening of "Brother Outsider"
Join us for a Visual Thinking Strategies-informed discussion of artist Paul Rucker’s Commemorative Stamps FOREVER prints imitating USPS stamps, followed by a screening of the film Brother Outsider. The FOREVER prints are featured in the museum's exhibition Do You See What I See?
Brother Outsider: This documentary tells the story of Bayard Rustin, The African-American civil rights activist, notable for his activism for racial equality, gay rights, socialist issues and organizing the 1963 March on Washington. www.brotheroutsider.org
